SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

Currently, we ship from Singapore.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we do. We try our best to ship to your country and if our local shipping provider does not ship to your country, we will get in touch with you to cancel and refund your order.

How do you ship your orders?

We currently use SingPost to mail out orders.

At checkout, you can select whether you wish to have your shipping tracked. There are two options:

  • For our local Singaporean friends

  • For our international friends

Please make sure to select the right option for you!

How do you price your shipping costs?

We use the recommended costs quoted by SingPost! However, additional costs are included for the costs of packaging materials such as envelopes, tissue wrappings, rigid and bubble mailers. We hope you understand that these contribute to a pleasant shipping and unpacking experience!

SHIPPING

I am from the UK/EU. Is there anything I need to know about shipping to my location?

Yes! For UK/EU customers, please note that your package may be subjected to custom charges upon arrival, and this will be paid by the recipient.

UMEBOCCHI STUDIO does not collect VAT import taxes and cannot be held liable for additional charges incurred. By ordering from UMEBOCCHI STUDIO, the buyer and recipient understand that they are responsible for any VAT fees/charges that occur.

Please contact your local customs if you have further enquiries.  

Alternatively, select ‘No Tracking’ for art prints and sticker orders. We will mail them out in a letter stamped mail with no tracking.

ORDERS

How long do you take to process an order?

All orders take about 5 to 7 business days to be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is not shipped, we are happy to help you! Please reach out to us within the specified order processing period shared above.

ORDERS

What is your policy about returns and exchanges?

We do not accept returns and exchanges of items.

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of items if your orders arrive damaged or if we missed out something in your order.

PACKAGING

We will try our best to make sure your items are packed in the safest manner!

If you choose non-tracking shipping options:

For stickers only orders, we will mail out your order in a letter mail.

For orders containing art prints, we will mail out your order in a letter mail with cardboard backing for protection.

If you choose tracked shipping options:

All orders, particularly with art prints, will be mailed out in rigid or bubble mailers. Cardboard backing will be used for added protection when bubble mailer is used for your orders!

We try our best to be environmental friendly and encourage re-using non-paper materials as much as possible.
